“The Lebanese government will pay a heavy price.” Katz: We will target infrastructure and control additional lands.

Israeli Defense Minister Yisrael Katz threatened the Lebanese government, saying that what is happening is “only the beginning,” and that the government and state in Lebanon “will pay a heavy price.”
Katz said, "The Lebanese state will lose territory, and the infrastructure used by Hezbollah will be targeted," adding that Israel "will continue to strike the infrastructure and control territory until Hezbollah disarms."
He added: "The Lebanese government, which has not fulfilled its commitment to disarm Hezbollah, will pay increasing prices."
These statements coincided with what the Israeli Broadcasting Authority reported that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu asked the army to prepare additional civilian targets in Lebanon in preparation for their approval.
